Supervise hourly production employee activities within PMC. Interpret instructions and company policies and procedures to hourly personnel: provide direction, job training and good working conditions for the assigned group. Coordinate with all support functions to ensure quality, cost and schedule commitments are met within expectations. Ensure all housekeeping , health and safety requirements are met. Demonstrated strong leadership qualities. Must be available to work any shift or schedule. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: BA degree (or equivalent), and at least 2 years of prior supervisory or lead experience. Successful candidate must be able to obtain and retain a Security Clearance. PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS: Current Secret DoD Security Clearance and BA/BS in Business or Industrial Management/Manufacturing. MULTIPLE POSITIONS.
