Candidate will be responsible for fabricating, processing, and inspecting substrate interconnects. Task may include the operation of high vacuum deposition systems, thick film screen printers, high temperature furnaces, and ovens. Inprocess parts cleaning and inspection is an integral part of this position. Other manufacturing duties may be assigned dependent upon schedule needs. Component die attach and wirebonding background is preferred. Experienced in package sealing and automated assembly equipment as related to the manufacture of the above is a plus. Must possess good computer skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word. Individual must have good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to clearly articulate problems and solutions. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Candidate must have a minimum of four years experience in manufacturing of MMIC assemblies, semiconductor devices, or printed circuit boards. Must be flexible to work first or second shift hours and weekends. Grade FS/FQ. Final determination based on experience.
