The candidate will have management responsibility within the Advance Micro-Electronic Assembly Cell. Individual should have knowledge of Manufacturing processes, Manufacturing Operations, Materials Requirement Planning, product/process flow and SAP/MES or ERP. The position will require an overall understanding of area production requirements and schedules and have an effective working knowledge of Manufacturing Concepts. Must have excellent communication skills and be equipped to support positions in a professional manner. The position also includes coordination of production test within the Cell, test flow as well as administering personnel actions as determined by agreements with local Unions or as a result of company guidelines. This will be a 2nd or 3rd shift position. Basic Qualifications: 4 years manufacturing experience, conflict resolution and inter-personal relationship skills. Preferred Qualifications: Manufacturing process associated with microelectronics, SAP experience, understanding of production management concepts.
