Primary role is to serve as a single point of contact for all technical issues related to manufacturing/assembly of a product or family of related products. Duties include, but are not limited to: serving as manufacturing representative on Integrated Product Design Teams; preparing NRE & tooling plans for transition to production of new product designs; compiling and leading production readiness reviews; developing all product documentation; analysis of process and test yield data to determine root cause and corrective actions; recommending and implementing product quality improvements and cost reductions. Candidate will work closely with Process Engineering, Operations, and Production personnel. Requires BS degree in engineering, 2-5 years of microelectronics manufacturing experience, and fluency in MS Office software applications. Must work well in teams, be able to obtain a security clearance, and have good communication skills. Knowledge of micro-electronic technologies and materials is preferred, as well as familiarity with MIL-STD and Space class hardware requirements. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Engineering Discipline, 2-5 years experience, able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. This position requires US Citizenship. This position may be filled at a level 2 or 3. Relocation Assistance Available. Security Clearance Required.
