Job Description
This position is responsible for the day-to-day manufacturing operations in an assigned department. Incumbent will have responsibility to achieve safety, productivity, efficiency, output, cost and quality objectives through both individual and team contributions. Strong background in operations and maintenance operations are required with a minimum of 3 years experience in a management role. Must be willing to work second or third shift and overtime as needed. Strong technical background, teamwork, communication and coaching skills are required. A bachelor’s degree is required. Experience in bakery, food service, pharmaceutical or any other fast-paced, automated facility is strongly preferred.
Learn and understand all ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position; raise questions and concerns with the appropriate company personnel if compliance and ethical issues arise.
