Job Information:
Required: BA/BS degree in business administration, operations management or engineering. At least 5 years of experience in mechanical/technical field. The position requires an incumbent with extensive working knowledge of the many skilled mechanical crafts involved. The incumbent must possess a practical knowledge of the mechanical, technical, and quality control aspects of manufacturing processes.
Specialized or technical knowledge required: The primary skills required include craft knowledge, process-packaging-service equipment knowledge, people motivation skills, problem identification, problem solving, and ability to work effectively with amny people in other functional areas within and outside of the plant. This position requires an individual with good problem solving skills in order to adjust to the changing needs of the business. Previous experience in participative or team style management is also a requirement. Candidates must have excellent communication and subordinate management skills.
