Production employees are responsible for the daily operation of packaging equipment to produce high quality food products using state of the art technology. Team members are expected to take an active role in the areas of Safety, Quality and Productivity. Good communication, interpersonal and teambuilding skills are essential. Prior manufacturing experience will be considered, but is not required.

Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older and have a High School Diploma or GED.
The ability to read and comprehend written directions and perform basic math.
Some Computer skills are necessary.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays as scheduled and meet punctuality and attendance standards.
Primary responsibilities:
Operates in work groups and monitors the entire packaging process within an assigned area of responsibility.
Monitors a variety of functions and responds to problems as needed.
Operates equipment while evaluating and documenting product and package quality.
Communicates with supervision and other departments concerning quality and processing issues.
Provides sanitary assessment and cleaning of area assigned to.
